Delivery timelines depend on the product type. In-stock items are typically delivered within 3–7 business days. Made-to-order and custom furniture usually takes 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and material availability. For large structures like pergolas and gazebos, installation is scheduled separately and may take 1–2 weeks after production. We'll always give you a realistic timeline before you place your order.

Yes, absolutely! We provide professional installation services for all our products. Our trained team handles everything from assembly and placement to structural anchoring and leveling. Installation is complimentary for large items like sofa sets, dining tables, pergolas, gazebos, and swings. For smaller items, a minimal installation fee may apply. We ensure your furniture is set up safely and perfectly.

We take great care in ensuring every piece meets our quality standards before delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost. For made-to-order and customized items, returns are not accepted due to the bespoke nature of the product. We recommend visiting our showroom or requesting a virtual tour before placing custom orders.

Visit our showroom or contact us with your requirements, and our design team will create a mockup and quote. Custom orders typically take 2–4 weeks for production. We've created everything from unique pergola sizes to custom-colored wicker sets and personalized gate designs.

We use only the highest quality materials suitable for outdoor use. Our range includes powder-coated aluminium (lightweight and rust-proof), cast iron (heavy-duty and classic), synthetic wicker/PE rattan (UV-resistant and weatherproof), stainless steel, wrought iron, and treated wood. We also use tempered glass for tabletops and marine-grade fabrics for cushions. All materials are sourced from trusted suppliers and tested for Hyderabad's climate conditions.

Yes, all our products come with a comprehensive warranty. Our aluminium and cast iron furniture carries a 3-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects. Wicker and synthetic rattan products have a 2-year warranty. Powder coating and paint finishes are covered for 1 year against peeling or excessive fading. The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts. Normal wear and tear, misuse, and damage from extreme weather are not covered.
